As a mutual aid organization, we collaborate to strengthen communication, coordination, and preparedness for the prevention and response to oil and chemical spills. Through shared resources, pre-planning, incident management, education, training, and drills, we support effective emergency response and information sharing. We also promote strong industry and regulatory engagement by providing timely updates on regulatory changes, facilitating networking, and working closely with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Coast Guard, Department of Homeland Security, and other government partners.
